Living in Georgetown, Texas - Wolf Lakes Village

Wolf Lakes Village, a master-planned development, has just been unveiled in Georgetown, Texas. When finished, the 164 acres of land will have the feel and aspect of a European hamlet. Wolf Lakes features feature a wedding chapel, stone pathways, an open plaza in the center, and arched bridges. The master plan anticipates a destination including condos, houses, hotels, restaurants, and retail establishments. In addition, there will be a lot of commercial construction at Wolf Lakes Village, including a brand-new H-E-B. The distance from downtown Austin to the site at Highway 29 and Interstate 35 is about thirty minutes.

Georgetown's Wolf Lakes Village will soon be home to a massive H-E-B.

Spring 2023 is the anticipated opening date for the 117,000-square-foot flagship store. The new H-E-B will be situated at 1010 West University Avenue, across from the existing store on East University Avenue. The new H-E-B will be twice as large as the existing one. In addition, a car wash, gas station, and barbecue restaurant will all be part of the new store.

Ascension Seton will build a medical office facility in Georgetown's Wolf Lakes Village.

The 164-acre master-planned mixed-use development Wolf Lakes Village will get a medical office building, according to a Wolf Lakes LP announcement on July 28, 2022.

The medical office building will house a variety of specialties and services, including orthopedics and complete outpatient imaging services, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and bone density testing, according to a news release. Additional specialties are anticipated to be added in the future.

Wolf Lakes Village Unique European Architecture

The architecture of Wolf Lake is one feature that sets it apart. Wolf Lakes Village will be an accurate and meticulous representation of Europe, showcasing its own architectural styles, works of art, cultures, and way of life. People will be transported to a different time and place by the stone on the streets, the central plaza, the arched bridges, and a thousand other unique historical details, giving them the impression that they are someplace else.

Communities Near Wolf Lakes Village

I should mention two areas that are close to Wolf Lakes Village. One is called Wolf Ranch, while the other is called Riverview.

Riverview is a short distance from Wolf Lakes Village. New construction is still happening in this neighborhood, but you may still find older homes for sale. Price-wise, you would likely begin in the $500,000 range and rise to above 1.5 million, which is impressive. Concerning the floorplan, you will get a nice-sized house with enough living space for your family. It's fantastic that they offer many swimming pools, walking pathways, a dog park, and a play area for children. You don't even have to leave your community to bring your children to school because there is a school in the neighborhood.

Let me tell you what makes these two neighborhoods, Wolf Ranch and Riverview, unique.

Wolf Ranch is located somewhat on the edge of the hill area. As such, you’ll find homes on the hilltops. The views create an extremely tranquil atmosphere. In Riverview, you’ll experience similar views with the San Gabriel River running through the back of the community. 

These are beautiful places to consider, but more importantly, they are close to the important development happening at Wolf Lakes Village. You can enjoy music at the amphitheater; there will be a lot of events, and if you want to stay inside the development, there will be hotels. So you now have two areas to think about relocating to.
