Wolf Ranch Community
Wolf Ranch is a master plan community strategically located at the heels of Georgetown beside the San Gabriel River, and you know what this means, views, scenery, and outdoor activities for days! In addition to this, Wolf Ranch is also easily accessible to IH35, which can take you to Waco, Texas, Dallas, 79 miles, and The Silos.
If executed successfully, Wolf Ranch will be one of the largest in Central Texas. Home prices range from $370,000 to over a million dollars, with home sizes ranging from 1,300 square feet to 4,800 square feet. HOA dues start at $200 quarterly and can cost up to $544 quarterly. For this steep price, Wolf Ranch has a state-of-the-art amenities center, The Den, which offers an indoor lounge kitchen area, an office and reception area, an infinity-edge pool, a fire pit, an indoor playground, and a large conference area. Best of all, there is an outdoor grill that overlooks the magnificent San Gabriel River. Aside from these, a dedicated lifestyle director is also in charge of planning all neighborhood fun, including shopping, dining, and entertainment activities, most of which can be found in the Wolf Ranch Town Center. Residents of Wolf Ranch can go to Wolf Ranch Elementary School, James Tippit Middle School, and East View High School.
Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Community
Next up would be Parkside at Mayfield Ranch, a planned community located in Georgetown, Texas. One of the perks of living here is that you will be near Indigo Ridge, an urban oasis that will be used for office space, residential living, retail and dining, hotel, and recreation. In addition, the prestigious National Tennis Association will also be moving into the said location, which will house over 40 outdoor tennis courts and six to eight indoor courts— further cementing Indigo Ridge as a destination location. Homes in this area were built by David Weekley, Highland Homes, M/I, Meritage Standard Pacific, Plantation, Ryland, Lennar, and Wilshire. Prices of homes in this area range from $400,000 to $899,000, and HOA dues are only $132 quarterly. Again, these quarterly payments go towards the community and its amenities center, the pool and clubhouse, tennis and sports courts, the park, and a playground. In addition, there are also nearby parks, outlets, and commercial districts such as Williamson County Southwest Regional Park, Round Rock Premium Outlets, Ikea, Costco, Whole Foods, and many more.
In addition to all of the great amenities, Parkside is only a few minutes away from top medical facilities such as Cedar Park Regional Medical center and Baylor Scott and White See Medical Center. Students residing in Parkside also have the privilege to attend the highly acclaimed Leander ISD Parkside Elementary School Styles Middle School and Rouse High School.
Cimarron Hills Community
Cimarron Hills is a private golf and country club in a more remote location (32 miles from downtown Austin, 16 miles from Round Rock, and 24 miles away from Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and Round Rock). However, one of the best features is that it's closer to Georgetown, Texas. If you're looking for a small town to settle down in, then this is the place to be. Homes in this area have a resort-style luxury feel to them, and the cost of living ranges from $410,000 to 2.6 million dollars. HOA dues usually cost $150 - 310 monthly. These dues give access to Cimarron Hills Country Club, world-class restaurants, a gym, pool, splash pads, courts for different sports, as well as a golf membership wherein you can play at the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. In terms of education, students from Cimarron Hills are served by Georgetown and Liberty Hill ISD, and will either attend Rancho Sienna Elementary School or Pickett Elementary School, Liberty Hill Middle or Tibbett Middle, and either Liberty Hill High or East View High School.
Rancho Sienna Community
Rancho Sienna is a master-planned community located 28 miles from downtown Austin and 18 miles from Round Rock. It's also close to Liberty Hill and Leander and not too far away from Cedar Park, where you can find some fun amenities. In Rancho Sienna, you'll find homes that were built by DR Horton, Chesmar, Castle Rock, Pulte, Sitterle, and many more. These homes feature extended patios and hillside views with 1,800 - 4,000 square feet living spaces. The prices range from $273,000 - $930,000, and the monthly HOA dues cost $52- $159 which gives homeowners access to the playground, trails, pools, dog park, a covered pavilion, basketball courts, and a 24-hour fitness center. Rancho Sienna students are zoned in Liberty Hill ISD and would attend Rancho Sienna Elementary, Liberty Hill Middle, and Liberty Hill High School.
Teravista Community
Finally, Teravista is a planned golf course community located inside the Rolling Hills— 24 miles to downtown Austin and 17 miles to The Domain. Spread across Georgetown and Round Rock, the community has easy access to Round Rock Premium Outlets, IKEA, H-E-B, restaurants, and movie theaters. Within Teravista, you can find condos, garden homes, single-family homes, and luxury homes built by Perry, Meritage, Buffington, and Lennar, to name a few. These 1,600 square feet to 6,000 square feet homes are priced at $325,000 up to $850,000. Like the others, there are HOA dues that cost $64 monthly, including a wide array of services and perks such as trails, parks, pools, courts, and a clubhouse. Teravista students belong to the Georgetown ISD, and students attend Carver Elementary School, Tibbett Middle, and East View High School.
